PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

PAYMENT METHODS ​​

  1. The customer can use the following payment methods:

  • Electronic payments

  • Traditional bank transfer

  • Payment by card

  1. If the customer chooses both  payment by bank transfer, electronic payment and card payment, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of the Purchase-Sale Agreement. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

  2. The package is sent within 48  h from the payment being credited to the account

DELIVERY general information

​

  1. The Customer may use the following methods of delivery or collection of the ordered Product:

  • Courier shipment paid for when making purchases on the store's website

  • Pickup in person at ul. Jana Kazimierza 64a / 413, 01-248 Warsaw

  1. The product will be sent by the Seller within the time specified in its description (subject to paragraph 5 of this section), in the manner chosen by the Customer when placing the Order.

  2. The beginning of the period of delivery of the Product to the Customer in  if the Customer chooses the method of payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card - it is counted from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account.

  3. Each order placed in the store www.magdalenakonior.com from Monday to Thursday until 10 am is sent within 48 hours of receiving the payment

  4. Each order placed in the store www.magdalenakonior.com from Thursday 10.00 am to Sunday is sent on the next working day after the payment is received.

  5. Custom orders require 14 days of preparation, after this time the product is shipped.

  6. Shipments are usually delivered 2-5 business days after posting.

  7. As a buyer, the customer is obliged to check the parcel in the presence of the courier immediately after receiving it in order to exclude any damage during the parcel.

DELIVERY OPTIONS IN POLAND ​

 

  1. Courier In Post  (prepayment) - PLN 19

  2. Delivery of orders  from 300 PLN  is provided free of charge

FOREIGN SHIPMENT ​

 

  1. In exceptional cases, a foreign shipment is possible within the borders of the European Union.  In order to complete the order, please contact the seller at the email address: mkonior.art@gmail.com
