PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

RETURNS

 

  1. I make every effort to ensure that my products are of excellent quality. However, if for some reason you want to return the purchased product, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

  2. To return the purchased product, contact me by sending a relevant statement or simply  write an e-mail.

  • The statement may be sent by traditional mail or by e-mail by sending the statement to the Seller's e-mail address or by submitting the statement on the Seller's website - the Seller's contact details are specified in § 3. 

  • The declaration can also be submitted  using the tab below.

  • The declaration may also be submitted on any form relating to the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, but it is not obligatory.

  1. Send the returned order to the following address: ul. Jana Kazimierza 64a / 413 01-248, together with the returned goods. Please write “return” and your order number on the package. The cost of returning the returned goods is borne by the buyer.

  2. If the payment is to be returned to an account other than the one from which the payment was made when ordering, please inform me about it by e-mail or attach the transfer details in the middle of the shipment.

COMPLAINTS

  1. The Sales Agreement covers new products that are unique, hand-made products. This means that they are not perfect, they are always different from each other.

  2. Therefore, the complaint does not apply to the features of the products resulting from their hand-made (e.g. shapes, proportions, size, decoration, etc.)

  3. Before I sell the product for sale, I carefully check it for any defects. However, in  in the event of a defect that I have not discovered myself, you have the right to make a complaint based on the provisions of the warranty in the Civil Code.

  4. You can make a complaint  report in writing or by electronic means to the ones provided in  Regulations my addresses.

  5. You can make a complaint  also report directly here below.

  6. I will respond to the complaint as soon as I am  could, but not later than within 14 days. However  if I do not do it within this period, it will mean that the complaint has been accepted.

  7. Advertised product  should be sent to the following address:  ul. Jana Kazimierza 64a / 42, 01-248 Warsaw

  8. To avoid any surprises involved  with transport, as a Buyer, you are obliged to check the parcel in the presence of the courier immediately after its receipt, in order to exclude any damage during the parcel.
